Oncor is HORRIBLE
56 hrs no electric below zero temps this blackout is not rolling it is complete blackout. People are freezing they need to get it together and provide the service they outrageously charge for

Power outages
I lost electricity 2-15-21 @12 pm I have my
8 year old in the back of my car asleep because it is now 2-16-21 @ 2:44 am and we are still without power. All the hotels are sold out this is ridiculous someone should be responsible for this. Im looking to move somewhere where lazy ass ONCOR is not who I depend on for my electric delivery.I purchased groceries on 2-13-21 those are probably ruined. I need to be reimbursed. This is inhumane to treat someone this way.

Waiting for service restoration
We have been without power for almost fourteen hours in these frigid temps!!!! So much for rotating outages.

Still waiting on an update from report early this am,

The trouble reporting process is terrible.
